These are special rules for our partners and everyone that wants to be affiliated with the DBD Comp Academy. Our partners are members of the program administration and other services. Partners represent the DBD Comp Academy. To ensure regulated representation, we provide these Terms in form of a Code of Conduct that all partners are obligated to follow.

A. CONTENT DISCLOSURE

As partner and possible Content Creator and the possibility you create content of Dead by Daylight - for Organizations their competitive gameplay as example - you must follow our strict content guidelines. Content Guidelines:

• You are not allowed to represent or advertise cheating, modifiers or hacking - including all similar activities or services.
• You are not allowed to advertise parties that are against Behaviour Interactive.
• You are not allowed to display political or religious statements. Advertising them is forbidden.
• You are not allowed to display, use and present footage forbidden by law and guidelines.
• You are required to show neutrality towards political or religious themes if mentioned.
• When the DBD Comp Academy is mentioned and advertised you must display the link to the Website and Discord or share it in video description or other.
• Your content must be 90% in english.

B. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

All partners may find access to team intern and organization intern information of the DBD Comp Academy, therefore when becoming a partner you agree to our NDA and general confidentiality about all information you receive. When information is allowed to be shared, we will let you know.

C. CODE OF CONDUCT

• Do not engage, promote, share, display or speak of cheating, modifiers and hacking involving Dead by Daylight or any other game.
• Do not host events to raise money for political or religious purpose, war and terror.
• Do not promote anti-LGBTQIA+, racism or sexism towards any individual.
• Show sportsmanship and appreciation of everyone and support fair and healthy competition.
• Be trusted with your community and engage together with your staff to support your community.
• Do not impersonate Behaviour Interactive.
• Do not impersonate any other individual or party - company and other legal entities too.
• Report any law or guidelines breaking behavior immediately.
• Do not advertise false information or events to scam others. The advertisement alone - without the thought of scam - is forbidden.
• Follow our Terms of Service, Terms of Use, General Business Terms and all other terms or guidelines.

Violation of any of these sections can result in 2 actions issued by the DBD Comp Academy Partner Board or alone by the DBD Comp Academy Administration Team - the DBD Comp Academy Administration Board is not the DBD Comp Academy Administration Team.

• Warning that stays on your account for 120 days with a meeting with the DBD Comp Academy Partner Administration - our Executive.
• Removal of the partner status for a periodic time or permanently - without a 30 days notice.

3 warnings on your profile, within the period of their stay, is also getting you permanently removed - without a 30 days notice.

The DBD Comp Academy Group Head-Administration (Executive) reserves the right to make changes to this policy. All partners will be made aware of changes ahead of time. We reserve the right to terminate your partnership with us with a 30 days notice unless our Code of Conduct has been violated or we have an important reason or a violation by law.
